Wedding and Portrait Photographer

Romance and femininity are definitely key themes of my photography. But if I had to choose one word to describe my style it would be ‘timeless’. I like the idea that one day your children or grandchildren might look through your wedding photos one day and gasp at the classic elegance of the bride and groom. And that the bride and groom themselves will look back at their photos, all those years on, and remember it like it was yesterday.    

Because I really love what I do; I feel so lucky to have a job where I get to meet so many amazing brides where I’m trusted to find and capture the details that will keep the memories of your special day safe forever.

Those little details that you pinterest, drool over, make and order, mean I get to photograph the finished details to your wedding (how lucky am I?!). Those little popcorn favours, hand tied ribbons with bags filled with pretty sugary delights, jars of candy make my day.

Engagement sessions (prewed sessions) are a great way to get to learn more about my style, but mostly, to have a fun and casual time with your partner leaving you with a beautiful set of images for you to cherish and look back on with happiness. The images come in handy  for the actual wedding to use in signing books, frames, slideshows and thank you cards.

I’m Zehra and I've been a photographer for over nine years now. People ask me why I like to photograph weddings and the answer is a simple one: shooting weddings is my way of making my tiny mark on the world; A small stamp on a bride’s heart that she will cherish for all of her life. Quite often, these beautiful brides become friends for life, because after all, wedding photography (done in the right way) is personal and intimate, and this is a gift that I can bestow on my clients, that will last forever.

I am based in Cheshire (South Manchester) and cover weddings in the Northwest, Nationwide and Internationally. I photograph a very limited number of weddings in London and the South, so please get in touch for more details via the contact page .
